CoreHR
People, org structure, contracts, and access — the single source of truth for who's on the team.
CoreHR
Every plan runs on CoreHR. Set up your business entities, branches, departments, and positions with a guided wizard; add employees one by one or import a whole spreadsheet at once. Contracts generate from templates and get legally valid digital signatures — and every change is scoped by role and written to the audit trail, then flows into every other module automatically.
CoreHR · Features
People & org structure
Business entities, branches, departments, job titles, and cost centers — the structure payroll, time off, and reports are organized around.
Guided setup & bulk import
A setup wizard walks you from company details to your first payroll. Import employees from a spreadsheet — errors are highlighted and fixed inline before committing.
Contracts & digital signature
Generate contracts from templates auto-filled with employee data, send them for legally valid e-signature in Mexico, and track sent / viewed / signed. Severance and finiquito documents included.
Roles, scoping & audit trail
Role-based access with optional MFA. Scope managers to just their team, branch, or business entity — and see who changed what, and when, in the audit trail.
CoreHR
Every module lives inside the same SyncHR dashboard, sharing data with the rest.
CoreHR
Yes. Download the template, fill it in, and upload it. SyncHR checks the data, highlights any errors, and lets you fix them right there before confirming — then reports what was imported.
Yes. Employees get a self-service profile where they can review their info, download payslips, and update the details they're allowed to change — some changes may need HR approval.
A person is the individual (name, CURP, RFC). An employee is that person's job with your company. A business entity is the legal company that employs and pays them — one person can be an employee under more than one entity.
